E-Pembelajaran Sektor Awam (EPSA) is the Malaysian Public Sector learning portal.

Being the first ever e-Learning package for the civil servants in the public sector, EPSA 

provide a newer model of training approach that focuses on decentralised learning,

making learning to be more effective.

Being in the information age, the demand for learning as part of a lifelong challenge

will in turn create a demand in the work force for education. This demand will exceed the capability of traditional institution to deliver.
